By commissioning me you agree to these terms.

Clients must be above 18.

I reserve the right to decline any commission.

Please be specific with your requirements. Any changing after I started may incur extra fee.

Rigging ready PSD must be sent to me before I start my work. And I will ask you to fix the PSD if needed.

For now I only do my best in every commission. So I won't accept requests to lower quality for reduced prices.

I have the right to post my work/process of my live2d commission on social media for advertising. Please let me know if you want to keep it private in advance.

Models and animations are appropriate for commercial use, but are not permitted for NFTs.

If you want to transfer my work in any forms to others, do contact me in advance.

The source file(CMO3) won't be present. You can discuss it with me if you do want it.

You can choose to pay in one time or pay 50% of the final price as a deposit.

$55 should be paid as reservation fee if the final price hasn't be settled. If you want to cancel the commission one month before I start, this part of the fee will not be refunded. Please think twice if you do want to commission.

All the prices are in USD and the payments would be made through PayPal/Alipay.

PayPal transaction fees are not included in the price list.

The commission will begin after the deposit has been paid.

If you want to cancel the commission, the refund amount would be depended on the stage I've been on. And any transaction fees for refunds are the responsibility of the client.

If the problem is on my side, I will pay the corresponding refund and bear the transaction fees incurred.

Once I finished my work, no refund can be given.

If you want to commission me, please submit the application in the commission part.

I will reply with emails and discuss details, prices, dates and so on.

Once the reservation fee or the deposit has been paid, your commission will be put into the waitlist.

Before I start my work, I would confirm the requirements with you again.

You can have 3 chances of revision at every stage. Feel free to list anything you wanna change or edit.

Once I finished all your requirements and edit lists, you will need to pay the rest of final price.

A zip containing all the nessasery files will be sent to you after being paid.
